Tree Running - Do this If You are Bored with Running


To tell the truth, I don't like running very much simple, because I find it boring even if I listen something during.I know running is one of the most important activities for health, but this is how I feel.

Fortunately, I have just found a great video called TreeRunner which inspired me very much. This guy uses the trees to make his running more funny and adventurous.

Street Workout & Calisthenics Girls

I've been doing calisthenics for about 9 months now and I have to say it was one of my best decisions. After pumping iron for many years, I started this sort of workout and it is unbelievable how better it is. I love doing these sorts of workouts and combination with boxing is a killer combo for me.
